I have not made a single post in this blog in over 2 years. I have decided with college starting I will get involved and start contributing toward the blog once again. So far my efforts have little to show for, hopefully things will change. Stay toned ( who ever still visits )

Band: Blackstone
Album: Spiritual Waste
Released: 2006
Genre: Melodic Black/Death
Spiritual Waste is the last effort from the Venezuelan band Blackstone that plays Melodic Black/Death. This album is probably one of the best albums from the past year, lot of melody, yet is not cheesy at all. This album include in some of their songs typical instruments from Venezuela like "Cuatro" and "Maraca". Enjoy

Yup, I have been gone for a while I'll try to keep updating although my lazy state is to much for me to handle in most cases.

Name: Master
Album: And On The Seventh Day God Created... Master
Year Released: 1990
Genre: Death Metal
Comments: This is an oldy but a goody by a pretty unknown band, master has decent vocals some good riffs but pretty poor production. Nothing special but for DM lovers a must own.

Name: Panzerchrist
Album: Six Second Kill
Released: 1996
Genre: death/black metal
Comments: This is my favorite Panzerchrist album, most might argue that soul collector is better but I think otherwise and if you dont like it... u know where to go. This album has some amazing rocking riffs and when it comes down to it this album has my favorite growl, the guy who is doing the growl in this album left and never to be heard of again... so enjoy... a must have.

Heres some more...

Artist: Into Eternity
Album: The Scattering of Ashes
Released: 2006
Genre: Death/Prog Metal
Comments: Good album. Haven't really listened to it a whole lot but I like some of the tracks like Severe Emotional Distress. I still for some reason like Beyond Oblivion better though. But this one is still worth checking out.

Artist: Diecast
Album: Internal Revolution
Released: 2006
Genre: Metalcore
Comments: A great album. I don't really like that much of the clean vocals that are in this album because as with their previous album they just sound too strange with the type of music. I prefer more of the gut rolling and high pitch screaming. That said its still a great album. Check it out.
